Guaranteed Dolphin Sighting Policy

We offer 100% guaranteed dolphin sightings on all our regular Dolphin Exploration Tours. Our guarantee means in the unlikely event the many wild dolphins in the area are not out to play, we invite you to return at a later date on us. This guarantee does not include a refund of any kind as your complimentary Dolphin Exploration Tour in the future never expires.  

Kids On Board

We love when families join us on board, and ask that parents/accompanying adults keep a close eye on the children they are responsible for. Our rules will be announced upon departure, and include No Running, No Standing on the Benches, and No Littering on Board. Our crew members have very important responsibilities and tasks to complete to keep all passengers safe, and cannot be expected to monitor children’s behaviors as well. 

Accessibility Details

Our ramp is wide enough to cater to most manual wheelchairs. However, if the wheelchair is wider than 22″ the wheelchair will not fit through the lower deck threshold. If so, our wheelchair guest may be confined to the bow (front) area of the boat. We do consider this the best seat in the house. Another option is if the guest does have some walking ability he/she can collapse the wheelchair and the first seat on the inside lower level is just two steps from the threshold. When boarding, our wheelchair guests board last for prime seating on the bow. Our crew is not permitted to lift wheelchairs or assist with wheelchair boarding. We are NOT accessible to Motorized Mobility Equipment or Power Chairs. The chairs are too heavy and create an unsafe environment for the customer and crew during boarding.

Outside Food & Drink

We do not allow outside food or drink on board our vessel. We have a premium bar on board for drink purchases. Although we do not have a kitchen on board, we also have bagged snacks available for purchase to hold you over until your next meal. Passengers are not allowed to bring takeaway food containers, refillable bottles or coolers and will be asked to leave them on the dock until the cruise returns.

Cancellation

All Sales are final and the normal check in of 45 minutes prior to boarding time still applies.  Please review our parking information page for details about parking and alternative modes of getting to us.  You can cancel up to 48 hours in advance with no penalty.  No refunds are available for cancellations made within 48 hours. Reschedules within 48 may have rescheduling fees. Tours rescheduled by patrons are subject to rescheduling fees.  Tours that need to be rescheduled due to not meeting passenger minimums or weather are not subject to a rescheduling fee.

By submitting/posting/sharing images to The Tropics Boat Tours, LLC, all participants grant The Tropics Boat Tours, LLC, its affiliates and assigns, the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use in any manner and at any time or times, worldwide, in any media now known or hereafter developed, including, without limitation, the World Wide Web, the participant’s name, photographs and any language contained therein, for public information without additional consideration or compensation. Participants further release Tropics Boat Tours, LLC, its affiliates and assigns from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or relating the participant’s submission. All photographs submitted become the property of Tropics Boat Tours, LLC and will not be returned to the submitter.

Hold Harmless

All guests give up their right to sue The Tropics Boat Tours and agree to hold The Tropics Boat Tours harmless from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death caused by negligence or gross negligence.  Guests assume all risks in connection with the commercial boating activity of The Tropics Boat Tours.
