The Tropics Boat Tours is subject to passenger maximums and minimums per cruise. If you have an infant (0-3) in your booking then you must include them in your reservation. Individuals in your party that do not have a CityPASS must book separately.

Review your schedule carefully and choose only one cruise date/time for your party. Our policy is to accept cancellation requests or make changes up to 48 hours prior to your tour. Beyond that, changes might not be possible or fees may apply.

On the "Your Payment Information" page, just press the "Submit" button. Only 1 reservation is permitted. Duplicate reservations are not permitted and may result in the cancellation of all reservations.

You can decide which attractions to visit after purchasing, but we suggest making advance reservations where possible once you receive your CityPASS® tickets.
When you purchase from citypass.com, you’ll receive an email shortly afterward with a ticket for each individual in your party. You can print the email if you prefer a hard copy. CityPASS® admission cards are available at some attractions.
The validity period is 9 consecutive days starting with and including the first day you visit an attraction. You can start using your tickets as soon as you receive your ticket email or anytime within a year from the date of purchase.
