To ensure a timely and accurate booking experience, please enter the main purchaser's information for Adult #1 in your reservation.
Upon arrival, check-in at our booth is mandatory at least 30 minutes prior to your experience.
The Tropics Boat Tours is subject to passenger maximums and minimums per cruise. If you have an infant (0-3) in your booking, then you must include them in your reservation. Individuals in your party that do not have a CityPASS® ticket must book separately.
Review your schedule carefully and choose only one cruise date/time for your party. Our policy is to accept cancellation requests or make changes up to 48 hours prior to your tour. Beyond that, changes might not be possible, or fees may apply.
Using your CityPASS® tickets
On the "Your Payment Information" page, just press the "Submit" button. Only 1 reservation is permitted. Duplicate reservations are not permitted and may result in the cancellation of all reservations.
City Passes are good for One Tour per pass with the Tropics Boat Tours. Make only one reservation.

During busy times such as summer, spring break, and holidays, it’s especially important to plan ahead and make any necessary reservations. Rarely, attractions may sell out on busy days. If you have a narrow timeframe in which you want to visit a particular attraction, please contact CityPASS® Customer Care to check availability.
